RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - The Department of Revenue is offering guidance on changes in law that impact tax filing and withholding for tax years 2015, 2016 and 2017.

The changes are part of session laws 2015-241 and 2015-259 and related to tax rate and withholding requirements.
