RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - The trade association representing more than 500 North Carolina cities and towns will meet this week to develop its legislative goals and greet legislators.

The League of Municipalities will host a legislative reception Wednesday, Dec. 10 at 6 p.m. in downtown Raleigh.

The next day, Thursday, the group will its Advocacy Goals conference at the Raleigh Convention Center.

The session is intended for debate, discussion, and adoption of the League's legislative, regulatory, and federal advocacy priorities for the 2015-2016 biennium.
