RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - The family of a former U.S. Ambassador to Denmark with North Carolina ties is mourning the loss of Andrew Pinczowski and his sister, Sascha in the terrorist bombing in Brussels.

Jim Cain's daughter was engaged to marry Andrew Pinczowksi. Cain served as Ambassador to Denmark from 2005 to 2009. He and his wife live in North Carolina and New York City. Cain is well known in North Carolina business and political circles.

Published reports say the brother and sister have been confirmed as victims of the attack at the Brussels airport, where they were in line for a flight.
