RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - It contains huge tax increases and will likely never see the light of day, still, President Obama's $4 trillion budget request is getting the full treatment on whitehouse.gov and other federal websites.

The $4 trillion budget has been described by the New York Times as "more utopian vision than pragmatic blueprint" since the president's party no longer controls either chamber of Congress.
