RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - Carmen Russoniello of ECU and Sylvia Flack of Winston-Salem State are the recipients of the 2015 James E. Holshouser Jr. Award for Excellence in Public Service.

The award comes with a $7,500 cash prize. It was named for North Carolina Gov. Jim Holshouser.
