No matter which budget bill is adopted, the Senate, House or Governor McCrory's, each will make significant cuts in state funding for pubic schools, health care, and long list of agencies such as Rural Development and Biotech centers, says Alexandra Sirota, one of the few analysts in the state who is looking at these important proposals.  Sirota tells host Barlow Herget that state funding as a percentage of state GDP will be lowest in 42 years.
