Golden Leaf Foundation President Dan Gerlach tells host Barlow Herget that the organization is using its Tobacco Settlement money to fund education for skilled jobs and its "Festival of Skills."  Gerlach, a former budget whiz, thinks Golden Leaf will survive Republican budget cuts once they know better what the foundation has accomplished.
