John Hood, president of the conservative think-tank John Locke Foundation, has written a new book, "Our Best Foot Forward," that outlines his ideas to host Barlow Herget for getting North Carolina's struggling economy back on track.  What Hood writes may be state economic policy if Republicans maintain control of the state legislature and win the governor's office.  It's easy Labor Day listening.
