Former DNER Secretary Holman tells host Barlow Herget North Carolina is in "good shape" now for drinkable water supplies, but drought in Midwest is reminder of challenges ahead.  One is the shortage of good sites for new reservoirs because the good ones are taken.  He says pollution of lakes, rivers and aquifers will put additional pressure on water supplies and he advises the state to develop fracking protections carefully.
