Veteran Democratic state Sen. Dan Blue of Raleigh has seen four redistricting maps drawn since he joined he legislature in 1981 and he tells host Barlow Herget that the current process was the most partisan.  Blue outlines the next steps in the approval process including when anyone can comment on the redistricting, when lawsuits are likely to commence and how much they will cost.
