UNC Prof. Michael Crowell recounts for host Barlow Herget the winding journey of the state's new redistricting plan for the state's 120 House districts, 50 Senate districts and 13 congressional districts. The state Supreme Court will soon hand down an opinion about secret conversations between GOP mapmakers and their consultants. After that, a 3-judge Superior Court panel will settle the legality of the new districts. |
