Gary Bartlett, NC Elections Board Eexecutive director, gives host Barlow Herget a  close look at preparations by election officials for th May 8 Primary and notes voting already has started.  Bartlett says redistricting has split more precincts than ever before, which means some polling places may have to keep track of as many as 18 different ballots for voters in that precinct.  Hear what Bartlett says about polling place fraud, at the center of the controversial Voter ID legislation.
