Gary Robertson of the AP and Bruce Ferrell of WPTF News and the NC News Network join host Barlow Herget to discuss some of the week's big stories.  The Senate's $20.1 billion budget bill differs from House's slightly larger budget with less money for education.  It cuts spending on such programs as the Teaching Fellows and the Rural Center and more in the details.  Governor Perdue doesn't veto the controversial annexation bill for cities and early in the presidential campaign, the Obama and Romney groups already have spent $10 million on ads.
