RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - Kimberly Reynolds commemorated one year of service to the North Carolina Democratic Party with an email urging Democrats to support the party's efforts to curtail what she termed the "Carolina Setback."

"We've had a remarkable year, and I am proud to work with such a wonderful team, all of whom are dedicated to ensuring that we put Pat McCrory's Carolina Setback to bed once and for all," she wrote.

Reynolds then posted five reasons she is proud to have the job and also praised chairman Patsy Keever.

"One thing is clearer than ever: We must elect Democrats to reverse the destructive path our state is currently winding down. So thank you for everything you've done to help move us forward -- whether you've volunteered, made a donation, or put your name on that ballot as a candidate, we wouldn't be here celebrating a year of successes without you."
