RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - Roy Cooper has picked up the primary election endorsement from a key labor union. The AFL-CIO announced Tuesday that Cooper gets the nod for governor based on recommendations of a committee representing its 100,000 North Carolina members.

Other Democrats the union endorsed:
