RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - Next year's photo I.D. requirement is the subject of a new state Board of Elections video PSA.

The 1-minute video PSA reminds voters of the new rule that kicks in in 2016 and encourages voters to "bring your passion, bring your individuality, bring your wisdom, and be sure to bring a photo I.D."
