RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - Kitty Hawk legislator Paul Tyne, the only lawmakers officially unaffiliated, will not seek a third term in the General Assembly.

Tyne represents the coastal counties of Hyde, Dare, Beaufort, and Washington.

Tyne said his service to District 6 has been tough on family and he will instead focus on his young children.
