RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - When state Republicans meet next weekend to choose a new party chairman, they will hear from Gov. Pat McCrory. The party announced the governor will deliver the keynote speech at the Saturday, June 6 session at the Raleigh Convention Center.

Other speakers for the three-day convention include entrepreneur Donald Trump, Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, and former U.N. Ambassador John Bolton.

State Democrats selected their new leader earlier this year. Former state legislator and congressional candidate Patsy Keever took the helm from embattled Chatham County resident Randy Voller.
