Elon Poll: Sen. Richard Burr's Approval Sits At 33 Percent Print

RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - Heading into his re-election bid, U.S. Senator Richard Burr holds a 33 percent approval rating, according to the latest Elon University Poll of registered voters.

Burr's disapproval sits at 34 pecent, with another one-third of the electorate telling the pollster they' don't know.

Burr's colleague in the Senate, Thom Tillis, has a similar approval/disapproval spread. Elon reports that 32 percent of registered voters approve of Sen. Tillis's work, while 41 percent disapprove, and 26 percent don't know.
