This week my opponent and I received endorsements and these endorsements highlight the stark contrast between us.

 

My opponent received the endorsement of FreedomWorks one of the most extreme, national Tea Party Super PACs in the country.

 

On the other hand, I received the endorsement of our local Professional Firefighters.  I can’t tell you how much it means to me to have the support of the brave men and women who serve and protect all of us in our community.

 

While he looks to national groups with an extremist agenda, I’m relying on individuals like you who share my belief that extremism has led to the gridlock in Washington.
