RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - The latest Public Policy Polling data shows Democratic incumbent Sen. Kay Hagan leading her Republican challenger, Thom Tillis, yet a major national political newspaper lists Hagan as among the most vulnerable Democrats in the Senate.
Roll Call reports that Hagan is No. 4 on its list of the 10 Most Vulnerable Senators.

Roll Call's analysis says that Hagan's challenges include representing a "red" state where President Obama is unpopular. North Carolina voted for Mitt Romney in 2012. Obama won the state in 2008.
Hagan's other opponent is Libertarian Sean Haugh, the candidate many pundits see as a threat to Tillis.
