RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - Second quarter fundraising reports show legislative Republicans garnering a lot more cash than their Democratic Party opponents.
Analysis by the nonpartisan North Carolina Free Enterprise Foundation shows the following as of June 30.
* House Republican Candidate Committees & Caucus: $4.3 million cash on hand
* House Democratic Candidate Committees & Caucus: $2 million cash on hand
* Senate Republican Candidate Committees & Caucus: $4.4 million cash on hand
* Senate Democratic Candidate Committee & Caucus: $1.6 million cash on hand
