RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - If races for the U.S. Congress were held today, the winner would be a toss up, according to new polling data from Rasmussen.

Polling for the week ending July 20 finds that 39 percent of Likely U.S. Voters would vote for the Democrat in their district’s congressional race, and the same number would choose the Republican instead.

The last time the two parties were even was in March.

The margin of sampling error for the survey is +/- 2 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence.
