RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - The latest polling of likely voters in North Carolina shows President Obama trailing rival Mitt Romney by five points.

 
Rasmussen reports Romney with 49% of the vote and Obama with 44% of the vote. A mere 4% are undecided, while 3% support some other candidate.
 
Based on this result, the national pollster has moved North Carolina from "toss up" status to "Lean Romney" status.
