RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - The Board of Directors of the North Carolina Ports Authority will meet in Wilmington May 26. The meeting will take place at the North Carolina Maritime Building.

The week prior to this gathering, the Finance and Audit committee will hold a teleconference.

The Ports Authority board consists of 11 members, including transportation secretary Nick Tennyson.
