RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) -  An audit released by State Auditor Beth Wood's office responds to inquiries from members of the state legislature about operations of the Department of Environmental Quality's (DEQ) Marine Fisheries Division.

The Findings area of the audit provides answers to 21 questions.

DEQ Secretary Donald van derVaart reviewed the audit and wrote in a letter that the agency agrees with the findings.
