The state began the week -- February 1 -- with $3,061,407,630.35 in the account.

Receipts of $371,297,281.34 were added to the coffers from tax and non-tax items. Other receipts totalled $424,345,417.97.

Disbursements were:

-- $98,444,439.39 for payroll

-- $181,646,983.91 for state aid

-- $369,498,516.44 for Medicaid/other provider payments

-- $180,794,789.00 for general operating.
