Two National Groups Give North Carolina Kudos For Business Tax Climate Print

RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - State commerce officials are happy to tell you there's no better place to live or work than North Carolina. But now two national organizations are singing North Carolina's praises.

The Pollina Corporate/AEDI (American Economic Development Institute) Top Ten Pro-Business States Report ranks North Carolina the seventh most business-friendly state.

The Tax Foundation's latest report on the tax climate in the states shows North Carolina has catapulted from 45th to 15th, thanks to several years of reforms to the personal income tax and corporate tax codes.
