RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - In the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court ruling that upheld subsidies issued under the Affordable Care Act in states like North Carolina, which did not set up state insurance exchanges, Gov. Pat McCrory issued the following statement.

"Now that the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled on this matter, we must build a North Carolina-based reform plan that focuses on healthier patients at a cost taxpayers can afford,” said Governor Pat McCrory. “We must give doctors, hospitals, and all health care providers the flexibility to provide their patients the highest quality care possible.”
