RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - A new business court seat authorizzed by the 2014 Appropriations Act will be filled Mike Robinson. Gov. Pat McCrory nominated the Forysth County attorney on Monday.
The seat s formerly a regular Special Superior Court seat once held by Judge Lucy Inman.
Robinson is a partner at Robinson & Lawing, LLP, where he specializes in complex litigation. He is an elected member of the State Bar Council and serves as the vice-chair of the Grievance Committee. He is a certified mediator and a member of the North Carolina Business Court Rules Committee.
