RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - The N.C. Department of Commerce's Division of Business and Industry Development has released the following metrics for economic development activity through June 30, 2014.
** New projects assigned: 165
** Projects announced: 60
** Jobs announced: 5,590
** Capital investment announced: $780M
** Industry visits by existing industry staff: 366
** Calls to Business Link N.C.: 9,895
