RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - The North Carolina Division of Public Health will hold a public hearing June 12 on the North Carolina 2013-14 Preventive Health and Health Services Block Grant. The purpose of this public hearing is to collect public comments on the proposed revisions to the FY 2014 Work Plan.
The public hearing will be conducted from 9 to 10 a.m. in Room 1-1-D4 (Pine Room)
at 5505 Six Forks Road in Raleigh.

Comments may be presented in person at the public hearing or submitted in writing or electronically to:
