RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - As of Friday, June 8, North Carolina's ending cash balance was $1,269,381,701.44 according to State Controller David McCoy. The unreserved cash balance stood at $438,196,444.22.
In his weekly General Fund Cash Watch, McCoy reports the state's Monday, June 4 cash balance was $1,047,365,998.01.
The state added tax and non-tax receipts totalling $309,864,554.40 and other receipts of $185,319,436.76.
Disbursements were made for payroll ($54,578,385.61); State Aid ($62,841,546.75); Medicaid/Other Provider Payments ($2,023,770.51); Tax Refunds/Distributions ($14,639,290.82); and General Operating ($139.085,294.04).
After subtracting reserved cash, the state's unreserved cash balance stood at $438,196,444.22.
