State's Ending Cash Balance As Of Friday, June 1: $1,047,365,998.01 PDF Print E-mail

RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - As of Friday, June 1, North Carolina's ending cash balance was $1,047,365,998.0, according to State Controller David McCoy. The unreserved cash balance stood at $168,536,254.70.

 
In his weekly General Fund Cash Watch, McCoy reports the state's Tuesday, May 29 cash balance was $1,891,868,807.85
 
The state added tax and non-tax receipts tota
ling $209,551,780.98.
 
Disbursements were made for payroll ($859,005,929.51); State Aid ($140,650,598.20); Medicaid/Other Provider Payments ($164,634,109.43); Tax Refunds/Distributions ($35,494,719.76); and General Operating ($124,896,186.26).
 
After subtracting reserved cash, the state's unreserved cash balance stood at $168,536,254.70.
