SBI Raids Hoke County Offices Print

The Hoke County government building was raided by officers of the State Bureau of Investigation as they executed a search warrant. 
 
Hoke County Manager Letitia Edens told media outlets that investigators were looking into the time sheets of approximately five employees. 
 
Edens added an investigation has been underway for approximately 18 months. 
 
The SBI executed the search warrant at 4:15 p.m. at the Pratt Building at 227 N. Main Street in Raeford, SBI spokeswoman Patty McQuillan said.
