RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - Planning professionals in local government are being invited for a half-day seminar about legislative zoning decisions.

The course, offered by the UNC School of Government, will cover:

-- local government planning
-- types of land use decisions
-- rezoning procedures
-- limits on zoning

The workshops are approved for the following continuing education credits: AIPC: 2.75 law credits; CZO: 1 hour credit.
