RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - The trade association that represents most of North Carolina's cities and towns at the legislature will hold a meeting of its board of directors later this week.

The board of the N.C. League of Municipalities will meet Wednesday and Thursday in Blowing Rock.

The board is led by President Lestine Hutchens, the mayor of Elkin. Zebulon Mayor Bob Matheny is First Vice President,a nd Jacksonville Mayor Pro Tem Micahele Lazzare is Second Vice President.
