RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - A Durham County paramedic with two decades of experience will take a seat on the state's Domestic Violence Commission.
Helen Tripp works with Durham County's Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) which focuses on behavioral health and substance abuse problems. She is a licensed professional counselor associate (LPCA) and completed a Master of Arts in Professional Counselor in 2014, with an eemphasis in trauma-informed counseling.
The commission assesses statewide needs related to domestic violence
