RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - The state's Youth Advocacy & Involvement Office has chosen 15 youth organizations to receive nearly $6,300 in grants to enhance youth programs across North Carolina.
Each grant is between $100 and $500. Fourteen proposals were selected. Among them is a kits for patients fighting cancer.
Counties impacted are:

-- Guilford
-- Halifax
-- Harnett
-- Nash
-- New Hanover
-- Person
-- Polk
-- Wayne
