RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - A project to connect U.S. 220/N.C. 68 should be ready for the public by the end of 2016, according to the Triad Business Journal.

The 9.4 mile roadway is four lanes and will become part of the future I-73. It is designed to allow easier access from Rockingham County to the area around the Triad airport.
