RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - Two members of the agency charged with helping local governments with planning have been re-appointed. Tommy Hester and Steven Wangerin will remain members of the Rural Infrastructure Authority.

Hester, from Vance County, is the owner of Prim Residential Rentals, Inc. and is a Vance County Commissioner.

Wangerin is from Onslow County. He is the Chief Executive Officer for the W.T. Humphrey Group in Jacksonville.

The Rural Infrastructure Authority is tasked with reviewing and authorizing grants and loans in addition to formulating policies and procedures for grant and loan making under G.S. 143B-472.127.
