RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - A bill authorizing the addition of the Fonta Flora Loop Trail in Burke County to the State Parks System is among those signed into law this week by Gov. Pat McCrory.

S.B. 7 - A bill allowing food stands to provide tables and chairs for customers to use while consuming drinks or food upon the premises, and authorizing pushcarts or mobile food units to prepare and serve food on the premises, provided that they are based from a commissary or restaurant located on the premises of a facility containing three thousand permanent seats.
 
S.B. 716 - A bill directing the North Carolina Utilities Commission to render an expedited decision, under certain conditions, on an application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity for an applicant to construct a generating facility that uses natural gas as the primary fuel. H.B. 86 - A bill requiring the Department of Transportation to pay the non-betterment cost of relocating water and sewer lines owned by local boards of education.
 
 
S.B. 301 - A bill exempting the Department of Transportation from the required approval of the Council of State when purchasing contaminated property, as recommended by the Department of Transportation.
 
S.B. 596 - A bill clarifying the existing law regarding the enforcement of foreign-country judgments.
