RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - County commissioners will hear from the state's top elected leader Wednesday at a gathering hosted by the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners.

Gov. Pat McCrory will speak at 9:30 a.m. at the Quorum Center in Raleigh.

The governor's remarks will come one day after his announcement that the state has paid off the $2.8 billion unemployment debt to the federal government.
