RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - The trade group representing cities and town in North Carolina is hosting a conference to debate and adopt a strategy for the 2015 legislative session, which begins in January.

The League of Municipalities Raleigh session will be held December 11 at the Raleigh Convention Center.

"At the conference, the League membership will come together to debate, discuss, and ultimately adopt the League's legislative, regulatory, and federal advocacy priorities for the 2015-2016 biennium," says a posting on the group's website.

"We hope attendees will also be able to join us downtown Raleigh, Wednesday, Dec. 10 at 6 p.m., for a pre-conference reception. Legislative and key state agency officials will also be invited to Wednesday night's reception."
