RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - Even though the "short" legislative session hasn't yet adjourned, a variety of issues of consequence to local governments have already been debated and addressed. They'll be the topic of a legislative review webinar hosted by experts from the UNC School of Government that begins the last day of July.
