RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - Rod Phelps is the newest member of the board that restores historical homes and preserves artifacts in the Murfreesboro area.
Phelps grew up in Murfreesboro and received the five-year appointment to the Historic Murfreesboro Commission from Gov. Pat McCrory.
