League Of Municipalities Sets Annual Conference For October 21-23 In Charlotte Print

RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - Staff and elected officials from cities, towns, and villages across North Carolina will gather in Charlotte in October for the annual League of Municipalities conference.

 
The first day of the session, Sunday, October 21, will feature a speech by MSNBC Contributor and Pulitzer Prize-winning columnist Eugene Robinson. He will discuss “Today’s News: Who’s Up, Who’s Down and What’s Really Going On," according to the league's website. 
 
The Monday, October 22 session will feature a forum for candidates for Lt. Governor and State Treasurer, as well as a luncheon with the candidates for governor.
