RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - A directive issued by the Obama administration tells public schools they must allow students to use the bathroom and locker room of their gender identify, not their biological identity.

The Associated Press reports that the directive says students or parents need not present any medical evidence or diagnosis of the student's issue with gender identity.
