RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - Threats have changed in the two decades and that means the National Security Agency (NSA) should do a top-to-bottom assessment of how it should be structured to address today's threats. That was the message delivered to a congressional committee last week by NSA Director Michael Rogers.
Federalnewsradio.com reports that Rogers laid out a timeline for receiving recommendations from which he will reorganize the agency.
