RALEIGH, (SGRToday.com) - With $5 billion per year spent on office leases for federal agencies, a new bill has been introduced to reform the management of real estate. The Public Buildings Reform and Savings Act of 2015 would cut bureaucracy, among other reforms.

Federal News Radio reports that over the next several years, about half of the leases are set to expire.
